Once you get in touch, we will discuss the details of your trip and arrange for your sitter to do a home visit.
Meeting your sitter
Your sitter’s mission at this meeting is to meet your cats, discuss your requirements, and answer any questions.
Before your departure
A couple of days before you go, your sitter will collect the house keys and keep them safe. It’s a good idea to review the checklist we provided and ensure everything is in order.
We will keep you updated with photos and videos on our visits. These usually happen through any tech channel you feel most comfortable with, like WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage, or even email!
If you’re delayed
If you are unable to make it back, due to missing your flight or circumstances beyond your control, just let us know, and we will keep making the visits as usual. Please let us know when you’ve arrived home, though!
We typically return your keys a couple of days after you return.

The last thing we’d want to do is add a task when you’re back from holiday, but if you feel inclined, we’d appreciate sharing your feedback with us, good or bad.
